Terry, the owner, was extremely professional. He showed up on time and finished the job at the time he had indicated before. It was easy to reach him via email and he replied right away, and booked us instantly. He also accommodated our baby's schedule by starting the carpet cleaning upstairs and drying the rooms that we use the most. A couple of paint stains were also successfully removed. The furniture was put back to its original position, no mess left at all. The smell has been refreshing for days, and the carpet looks new and fluffy. I Moved out of rental and the carpet was stained in every room even candle wax!, i was looking at losing all my bond , i got referred to micro carpet cleaning and they saved me a lot of money! even the land lord was impressed. and they are a fussy bunch. thank you Review on Finda |

Having 3 young children its hard to stop them from tracking dirt into the house, spilling food and drawing lovely pictures with vivid all over the carpet. When placing our home on the market they told us to replace our carpet or we wouldn't get the price we were looking for. But thanks to your services we sold our home on the first open home for a much higher price than we expected. You saved us $4500 dollars for new carpet. We are extremely pleased with the high standard to which Terry cleaned our carpet. The carpet was matt and looked grey, but now it is soft and fluffy with a nice sheen to it. He took the time to explain techniques on the after-care, and completed the job on schedule. We found this to be a very professional service, and will definately use Terry again next year.
